In ULTRA Issue 08 terminally ill ultra runner Mark Thornberry leads a group of supporters on a run from Birmingham to London along the Grand Union Canal. It's an inspirational tale, a true story of bravery, compassion and community, beautifully captured in words and pictures. Elsewhere we move from the far north of Britain to the very far south, west to Wales and then to Ireland, taking in stories of rapture and failure.
